Students aren't limited to the clubs that already exist — if a group doesn't exist yet, starting one is a normal path here, not an exception. The Office of Student Involvement guides students through the club formation process, as well as supports its existing roster of on-campus organizations.
Emmanuel students compete through the Colleges of the Fenway intramural program, which pools students from Emmanuel and its four Fenway-area partner schools for games like flag football, dodgeball, and Ultimate Frisbee. It runs alongside Emmanuel's own club sports and fitness center access.
No — Student Involvement programming is built around discovery rather than assuming students arrive with a plan. New Student Programs and the broader clubs-and-organizations network are designed to help first-years find interests they didn't come in with.
Yes. Students who aren't on a varsity team still have access to campus fitness centers, club sports, and intramurals through Athletics & Intramural Sports — it's a separate track from varsity competition, open to any student.
