Need help with Duo Mobile?
Starting Tuesday, February 18th, the SMS (text message) authentication option on Duo Mobile will no longer be available. This is to improve security and usability for all users. This change has already been deployed to all faculty and staff – the date above is for all students.
How do I know if I am ready for this change?
Open the Duo Mobile app on your phone. You should see a page titled Accounts. Make sure there is an account titled Emmanuel College. If you see an Emmanuel College account in your Duo Mobile app, you should be all set!
If you do not see the Emmanuel College account, or if you do not have the Duo Mobile app installed, you will need to contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance. Please read on below for our contact details.
