At what other time will you be able to say your neighbors are Fenway Park, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Children’s Hospital, MGM Music Hall, Time Out Market and more? For our students, these are just everyday amenities, hangouts, cultural experiences, internship locations and part-time jobs.

Boston is notorious for TikTok-worthy traffic—and drivers (Storrow Drive, anyone?). Not only does living on campus save the time, money and frustration of a rush hour commute, you can wake up minutes before class, grab a coffee at Dunkin’, and still make your lecture.

Amenities abound in your extended living space. The residence halls and student center boast state-of-the-art fitness centers, lounges with flat screen TVs, study spaces, and more. Grab a snack in one of our cafés and settle in for a gaming tournament, Netflix marathon or some solo study time.

Rent, utilities, cable, internet…these monthly expenses really add up. Living on campus offers room and board costs in one bill. And rather than dealing with a remote landlord, call our friendly Residence Life team, Student Financial Services staff, Facilities, or Campus Safety when you need assistance.

Don’t miss a second of the Pats game while scrounging for loose quarters and fighting strangers for dryers at the laundromat. Our residence halls have spacious laundry facilities (or in-suite units in St. Julie Hall). Also, rooms come fully furnished and fully connected—just add personal touches to make it feel like home.

Don’t miss out. Participate in events such as Open Mic Night and Wingo firsthand, rather than through your feed. Generations of Emmanuel alumni say they met their lifelong best friends through the shared experience of living in the residence halls.
