104th Commencement Exercises, Saturday May 9, 2026 1:00 P.M

Emmanuel College will celebrate its 104th Commencement Exercises on Saturday, May 9th, at 1:00 p.m. at MGM Music Hall at Fenway. Senior Week events and the traditional Baccalaureate Liturgy will precede the ceremony.

President Ross is pleased to announce that Sr. Mary Johnson, SNDdeN ’79, Congregational Leader for the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, will serve as Emmanuel College’s 2026 Commencement Speaker and receive an honorary degree.

Important Information

The degree application is due by Sunday, February 15, 2026 via the “Graduation Overview” tab on EC Online Services.

Tassel is a company that specializes in partnering with institutions in coordinating graduation events. Emmanuel has partnered with Tassel to help us in providing a smooth process in celebrating with our graduates and their families! Tassel allows us to:

  • Employ an efficient way to electronically track number of guest tickets graduates need (up to five)
  • Track graduate attendance the day of Commencement
  • Collect recording of graduates’ names to ensure accuracy in pronunciation

Graduates will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar regarding creating their Tassel accounts. Each link is individualized to the specific student.

Tassel accounts will be open for registration in early April. The deadline for uploading name recordings into Tassel will be announced shortly.

Each graduate will receive up to five (5) tickets for seating at MGM Music Hall at Fenway. Each ticket admits one person, and tickets must be presented for entrance to the venue. Seating cannot be guaranteed for arrival after 1:00 p.m., and seats may not be held.

Tickets will be made available to graduates through MGM's ticketing system, Universe. More information will be forthcoming.

Beginning Wednesday, April 22, 2026, tickets will begin to be released to those graduates who have completed all of their requirements.

Ticket Reminders:

  • Graduates do NOT need a ticket
  • All graduates will receive up to five (5) tickets for their guests.
