Frequently Asked Questions

The Books & Course Materials All-Access Program is Emmanuel College’s course materials program designed to ensure students are prepared for the first day of class with access to all required course materials.

Through this program, required digital and physical materials are coordinated in advance and delivered through a streamlined, consistent process each term.

Students receive the materials selected by their faculty in the format required for each course, helping them begin the term ready to engage with course content.

About the Program

The program supports Emmanuel College’s goals to:

  • Ensure students begin the term prepared with their required materials
  • Support faculty in starting instruction on the first day of class
  • Create a clear, consistent process for accessing course materials each term
  • Provide predictable pricing so students can plan ahead

The program reflects Emmanuel’s commitment to readiness, clarity, and a simplified course materials experience for students and faculty.

Once a student registers for courses, required course materials are identified based on faculty selections.

  • Digital materials are delivered directly through EC Learn, where students can access online materials and use features such as highlighting, note-taking, and search tools.
  • Physical materials are prepared by the Emmanuel Bookstore for in-store pickup

Follett, Emmanuel’s campus store partner, coordinates sourcing and delivery of required materials to help ensure students receive the correct materials in the correct format by the first day of class.
