Congratulations, Graduates!
Before the big weekend, there are a few items you must address. Please see the checklist below.
- Verify you have met your degree requirements. You should have received correspondence from the Office of the Registrar. All transfer credits must be received prior to Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
- Ensure your tuition bill is paid in full, including payment plan payments and library fines. To view your bill, please go to EC Online Services and select the Billing and Payment Center. To have access to Commencement tickets, your bill must be paid in full by Friday, April 17, 2026.
- Students who have borrowed with a federal or state student loan are required to complete student loan exit counseling prior to graduation. Student exit counseling instructions will be sent via email from the Office of Student Financial Services.

- If you are not attending Commencement, please inform the Office of the Registrar by emailing regmail [at] emmanuel.edu with the information noted above by Friday, April 17, 2026.
- Return all library books to the Library by Monday, May 4, 2026.
