E-mail, Calendar and Collaboration

Microsoft 365 is a productivity platform that provides Outlook, a full-featured email system with web access, integrated calendaring, a campus contacts directory, support for mobile device access, and 99 gigabytes of mailbox storage per user account.

All Emmanuel students, staff, and faculty are fully licensed for Microsoft 365. Users can access Outlook and all other productivity applications offered in Microsoft 365 through any modern web browser, and desktop applications are also available for offline use.

All Emmanuel College users have access to OneDrive, Microsoft’s cloud service that connects you to all your files. It lets you store and protect your files, share them with others, and get to them from anywhere on all your devices.

It is highly recommended for users to save all documents and work to OneDrive to ensure they are secure and can be shared easily.

In addition to the resources provided through EC Learn and Atomic Learning, Microsoft has provided additional resources for learning through Microsoft 365 Training.
