It is essential that you set-up your Emmanuel email below. This will be where you will receive important information about next steps in your enrollment process. The Office of Admissions will invite you to the New Student Enrollment Portal in early April. This will be your one-stop place for viewing items that you must complete prior to starting class at Emmanuel.

About Your Account

Please Note: It is important that it is you, the student, who signs into this account and no one else. Federal law (FERPA) requires that only the student access this account and not a parent or guardian. The enrollment deposit is required in order to access your student account. Shortly after you submit an enrollment form and deposit, you will receive an email from admissions [at] emmanuel.edu (on behalf of our Information Technology department) with your unique activation code. When you receive this email, you will be ready to activate your Emmanuel account!

Activating Your Account

Within 72 hours of enrolling at Emmanuel you will receive an email with information required to use the Activate Your Account page. This email will have your activation number and the subject line will be "Access Your Emmanuel.edu Account".

Once you have received the email, click the link below and you will be prompted to answer a few questions and then pick a password. It is important to use the last name on your official academic record. Your Emmanuel Email and created password will serve as your main login information of all Emmanuel systems including EC Learn, EC Online Services, the Housing Director and the Carbon Health Portal.

Activate Your Account

Using Your Emmanuel Credentials you created in Step 1, log into your Outlook account to begin receiving communications about next steps.

For Fall 2024 students the New Student Enrollment Portal will launch on April 1, 2024.

We will be creating a special page that addresses items you need to know both before and after orientation. When logging in for the first time, it is essential to reset your password to make it identical to your Emmanuel Email Password.

Information from departments such as Residence Life and Housing, Orientation, Academic Advising, Health Services and Student Financial Services will be featured on this site. It is important that you continually check the New Student Enrollment Portal throughout the summer for checklist items you must complete before starting class in the fall. Checklist items include:

  • Information about Orientation and Completing Your Pre-Advising Form
  • Academic Advising Assessments in Mathematics and Modern Languages
  • Residence Life and Housing Application
  • Health Insurance Waiver
  • Health Services Entry Packet
  • Submitting Final High School Transcripts (and College Transcripts if courses have been taken)
  • Tuition Bill
