Notre Dame Campus connects the mission of Emmanuel College with the local Boston community

Located in the historic Fort Hill neighborhood of Boston, Notre Dame Campus houses students in a mix of single and double-occupancy rooms. This is a co-ed, air-conditioned, residence that primarily houses sophomore, junior, and senior students.

Most rooms are single-occupancy spaces with a ‘jack and jill’ half bathroom (sink & toilet) that is shared with the student residing in the room next door. 4-6 shower rooms (some with bathtubs) are in the hallways and allow residents to shower in privacy. Some rooms feature private half baths that are not shared while others feature a full 3 piece ‘jack and jill’ bathroom shared with one neighboring resident.

Notre Dame Campus features 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 smaller kitchenettes, a sizable lounge space with wall-to-wall windows and a large screen television, a fitness center, vending machines, laundry on site, a meeting room with 20-person boardroom table, a chapel for prayer & reflection, technology center featuring free color & monochrome printing, and 8 smaller lounges throughout the building. Staff offices and the Campus Safety satellite office, which is staffed 24/7, 365 days of the year, are located on the first floor.

Students living at the Notre Dame Campus remain connected to our main campus at 400 The Fenway via a private shuttle service, available exclusively to all EC students at no additional cost. This shuttle completes the 1.5-mile journey between the campuses every 30 minutes between 7:00am and 11:00pm. Students requiring transport from 11:00pm – 7:00am can contact Campus Safety for assistance. Students also enjoy walking between campuses, which takes approximately 30 minutes.
