On the cusp of the New Year, Emmanuel College Women’s Basketball Head Coach Andy Yosinoff earned his 816th career coaching win with the Saints’ victory over Ramapo College of New Jersey on December 30th in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, establishing the new record for career wins in NCAA Division III women’s basketball history.
Yosinoff, who has led the Emmanuel women's basketball program since it became a varsity sport in 1978, has guided the Saints to 18 NCAA tournament trips with three appearances in the Sweet 16, two appearances in the Elite Eight and an appearance in the 2001 Final Four.
During his 2017–2018 season, Yosinoff became the 14th NCAA women's basketball coach across all divisions to win 800 games. Additionally, Yosinoff earned each of his now 816 wins at Emmanuel, making him one of only nine NCAA women's basketball coaches to win 800 or more games at the same institution.
