Emmanuel College Trustee Tracy Campion ’80, one of Boston’s leading luxury residential real estate brokers, has been named a 2024 Women Who Mean Business honoree by the Boston Business Journal.
As the founder of Campion & Co., a firm specializing in high-end properties in Boston neighborhoods including Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and the South End, Campion has established herself as a prominent figure in the city’s competitive real estate market.
The Women Who Mean Business award recognizes women leaders across industries such as life sciences, clean energy, hospitality, and human services for their professional achievements, leadership, and commitment to the community. Campion and the other honorees were celebrated at a luncheon at the Boston Harbor Hotel on Wednesday, December 4.
Campion reflected on the opportunities and challenges that shaped her career, including an early break at R.M. Bradley, where she managed the company’s residential division.
“My past sales experience — door-to-door sales, being a cocktail waitress, having all these other jobs — really enabled me to do really well selling real estate,” Campion said. “I’m an extremely driven, hard worker. Getting that break, I just ran off with it.”
