1:00 - 4:00pm Registration and Check-In 

            Location: Maureen Murphy Wilkens Atrium, Jean Yawkey Center (JYC)

Start the weekend with a warm Emmanuel welcome! Check in, receive your Family Weekend materials and wristbands, ask questions, and get ready for a memorable weekend with your Saint.

4:30 - 8:00pm - Dinner  

            Location: Marian Hall Dining Room, 1st floor, Jean Yawkey Center (JYC) 

Enjoy dinner together in Marian Hall Dining Room before or during the evening’s activities. Dinner is available for $15 for guests and $14 for Emmanuel students, payable at the door. Emmanuel students may also use a meal swipe, and student guest passes may be used for accompanying guests.

6:00 - 7:30pm - Family Weekend Trivia Night

            Location: Marian Hall Dining Room

Bring your best fun facts—and your favorite teammates—for a spirited evening hosted by STUMP! Trivia. Trivia takes place during dinner in Marian Hall Dining Room, allowing students, families and friends, faculty, staff, and alumni to enjoy a meal while teaming up for friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and a lively start to the weekend. Purchase of dinner is required to participate in trivia. Dinner is $15 for guests and $14 for Emmanuel students, payable at the door; Emmanuel students may instead use a meal swipe, and student guest passes are accepted.

8:00 - 10:00pm - Latin Explosion

            Location: Jean Yawkey Center Gymnasium

Feel the energy of Latin Explosion, a vibrant campus tradition hosted by HUELLAS, Emmanuel’s Latinx student organization. Enjoy music, dancing, and student performances in a joyful celebration of Latin American cultures and community.

10:00 - 11:30am - Summer Research Showcase

            Location: Auditorium, Eisner Administration Building

Discover the curiosity, creativity, and scholarship of Emmanuel students. Through posters and displays spanning the sciences, arts, and humanities, student researchers will share the questions they explored, the discoveries they made, and the impact of their summer work.

11:30am - 2:00pm - Fall Fest & President's Welcome

            Location: Emmanuel College Quad

Celebrate fall in the heart of campus! This signature Family Weekend gathering brings the Emmanuel community together for seasonal food and treats, live music from the Eli Cash Band, lawn games, pumpkin painting, student performances, and family-friendly fun. Dunkin’ will be onsite offering free samples to all guests, and President Beth Ross will offer a welcome during Fall Fest, making the afternoon especially Emmanuel.

12:00 - 1:30pm - Saints Cornhole Classic

            Location: Emmanuel College Quad, during Fall Fest

Grab a partner and toss your way toward Saints glory! Students, families and friends, faculty, staff, and alumni are encouraged to form mixed teams for a friendly tournament filled with good-natured competition and Emmanuel spirit.

1:30 - 3:00pm - Boston Sightseeing Tour — Departure 1

            Location: Meets on Emmanuel’s campus in front of the Eisner Administration Building

See Boston from a whole new perspective aboard a double-decker, open-topped sightseeing bus. From panoramic views to iconic landmarks, this guided ride offers families a fun, easy way to experience the history and energy of Emmanuel’s hometown.

3:30 - 5:00pm - Boston Sightseeing Tour — Departure 2

            Location: Meets on Emmanuel’s campus in front of the Eisner Administration Building

Enjoy the same panoramic Boston experience on the second afternoon departure—an open-topped, double-decker ride featuring memorable city views and a lively introduction to the landmarks surrounding Emmanuel.

2:00 - 3:00pm - Fenway Neighborhood & Emerald Necklace Walking Tour

            Location: Meets in the Maureen Murphy Wilkens Atrium, Jean Yawkey Center

Explore Emmanuel’s remarkable neighborhood with Dr. William Leonard as your guide. This walk connects the character of the Fenway with the beauty and history of the Emerald Necklace, offering a fresh look at the community and green spaces just beyond campus.

Saints Athletics & Tailgating

11:00am - 7:00pm - Saints Family Tailgate

            Location: Library Lot

Make the Library Lot your family’s home base for a full day of Saints spirit. Family and friends are welcome to bring their own food, alcohol, and tailgate supplies, then settle in for music, lawn games, and time together before and between the day’s athletic contests. The tailgate will also feature The Beer Mobile and the Bees and Thank You grilled cheese food truck, giving guests even more ways to enjoy the day.

10:00am, 12:00 pm, and 2:00pm - Women’s Volleyball Tri-Match

            Location: Jean Yawkey Center Gymnasium

Cheer on the Saints through a full day of fast-paced volleyball as Emmanuel hosts Norwich and Massachusetts Maritime in a three-match slate. Drop in for one match or make a day of it!

12:00pm - Women’s Soccer vs. Colby-Sawyer

            Location: Clemente Field

Bring your blue-and-gold spirit to Clemente Field as Emmanuel women’s soccer takes on Colby-Sawyer. Families are invited to fill the sidelines and cheer the Saints on together.

4:00pm - Softball Alumni Game & Home Run Derby

            Location: Clemente Field

Celebrate generations of Emmanuel softball as alumnae return to Clemente Field for a spirited alumni game and home run derby. It’s a fun chance to reconnect, cheer, and celebrate Saints tradition.

            Location: Auditorium, Eisner Administration Building

End Saturday on a high note with Laughs on Us, a lively, family-friendly comedy show performed by Boston’s own Improv Asylum. Bring the whole family for sharp improvisation, plenty of surprises, and a full hour of laughter with the Emmanuel community.

8:30 - 10:00pm - Colleges of the Fenway Bingo

            Location: Jean Yawkey Center Gymnasium

Keep the fun going with a classic campus favorite! Gather your family, test your luck, and enjoy a lively night of bingo alongside members of the Colleges of the Fenway community.
