All full-time and part-time administrators, staff and faculty must display a valid hangtag in their vehicles.

The College will grant a 40% discount to employees who carpool together.

* The parking hangtag is only valid for the employee to whom it is issued

* The parking fee is an annual fee based on an employee's income level and is payable in monthly installments. Employees who do not work over the summer may elect to pay the fee in advance or have it spread over twelve months.  Employees working remotely on an intermittent basis are not eligible for a discount. The fee for part-time employees will be prorated based on annualized income.

Parking Rates

The staff/faculty rates for the 2023-2024 academic year are as follows:


Full-time earning less than $70,000 annually




Full-time earning $70,000 or greater annually




Part-time employees: Pro-rated accordingly
Adjunct faculty: $50 per semester

There is a $100 replacement fee for lost hangtags. No exceptions will be made. The parking hangtag is valid only for the employee to whom it is issued. It cannot be used by anyone other than the Emmanuel College employee. The hangtag is only valid for the days the employee is scheduled to be on campus. Overnight parking is prohibited. While parking your vehicle on campus, you must rely on your own insurance coverage for any damage or loss to your vehicle.

Parking for Graduate + Professional Programs Adjunct Faculty 

Graduate and Professional Programs student parking rates are $50 per term and valid only for the times stated on the pass.

Once your application has been received, your request will be processed, and the fee will be deducted from your paycheck.

Your parking hangtag will be available for you to pick up in Campus Safety, ADM 139. If you are a faculty member, your hangtag may be mailed to you by request. Please contact HR if you need to make other arrangements.
