Earn your BSN while working as an RN

Emmanuel College's Graduate & Professional Programs partners with Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center (BIDMC) to offer an Associate Degree Nurse Residency program for BIDMC nurses seeking career advancement opportunities. This unique partnership creates a pathway for BIDMC nurses to fulfill the requirement for a Baccalaureate degree in nursing and enter into a Clinical Nurse I role while covering the tuition, costs and fees associated with earning their BSN as part of Emmanuel College's onsite RN-to-BSN program without stepping away from the job.

Emmanuel's Maureen Murphy Wilkens School of Nursing & Clinical Sciences combines rigorous science with hands-on clinical experience. Located in Boston's Longwood Medical and Academic Area (LMA), Emmanuel offers nursing students access to world-class clinical placements, research, and mentorship.
