Your residence hall room is your home at Emmanuel College, where you recharge after class and make memories with your friends.

Determining what items you should bring to create your perfect room can be a daunting task; check out these recommendations for what to bring for move in, as well as prohibited items you should leave behind. If you are living with a roommate, connect with them to ensure you do not bring duplicate items.

Please note that this list may be modified without notice so we recommend that you check back prior to moving into the residence halls. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, students are not permitted to bring additional furniture items (ottomans, futons, etc.) and are strongly encourage to minimize bringing additional decorations (large wall decorations, lights, etc.). Please note that all residence hall furniture is moveable in the room but cannot be taken out of the room.
