Notice of Confidentiality

All medical care at Emmanuel College is confidential. Medical records—with the exception of state immunization requirements—are completely separate from all other college records. The Health Services staff confer with one another as needed to provide integrated care for you. In the event of an emergency, we may share relevant health information with local emergency personnel for continuity of care. Otherwise, Health Services will not release any information about you without your written permission, expect as authorized or required by law, or in our judgement as necessary to protect you or others from a serious threat to health or safety.

How to get a copy of your medical records?

If you need a copy of your medical records, please either call, e-mail or come to Health Services to make the request. We will need your full name, date of birth and year of graduation (if an alum).
