2023–2024 HOUSING SELECTION TIMELINE AND KEY DATES

March 3 Housing Accommodation Requests due to Disability Support Services
March 3

Medical A/C requests due to the Office of Residence Life & Housing

March 13 Housing Deposits due
March 14

Housing Application due in the Housing Portal

  • Last day to indicate interest in studios as well as St. Joe’s triples (triples require a fully matched group of 3 students)
March 16 St. Julie Studio Housing Selection
March 19 Roommate Groups (groups of 4) must be matched and verified in order to be entered into the St. Julie Apartment Selection process
March 20 St. Julie Apartment Selection (night 1)
March 21 St. Julie Apartment Selection (night 2)
March 27 St. Joseph’s Hall Triple Selection
March 28 Roommate Groups (groups of 2) must be matched and verified in order to be entered into the St Joseph’s Hall & Notre Dame Campus Double Room Selection process
March 29 St Joseph’s Hall & Notre Dame Campus Double Room Selection (night 1)

June 2 Housing Cancellation Deadline ($250 non-refundable deposit will not be refunded)
