Please contact Admissions about next steps if you plan to be a residential student starting Fall 2021.

Returning Students

The 2021-2022 housing selection process for returning students is complete. Students will receive a housing confirmation the week of May 3rd.

Students who complete the necessary requirements post-deadline (after March 31) will be added to the non-guaranteed housing waitlist and can only be accommodate as vacancies arise in the housing inventory. Please e-mail reslife2@emmanuel.edu for more details.

March 31 The following items are due by 11:59 p.m.:
  • Housing Lease and Preferences Questionnaire
  • Non-refundable $250 deposit                               
  • Studio Apartment Request Form, if applicable
  • Medical Necessity Air Conditioning Request Form, if applicable*
  • For students registered with DSS and requiring accommodations, complete the housing accommodation packet*
*Submissions will be accepted between March 15 and March 31
April 6 Housing Selection Eligibility and Studio Apartment Request Eligibility issued
April 7 Group Housing Request Form Opens
April 8 & 12

Two-bedroom units in the New Residence Hall (groups of 4) or triples in St. Joseph Hall (groups of 3)
April 28 Senior and Junior Housing Selection (individuals and pairs)
April 30 Sophomore and Returning First-Year Housing Selection (individuals and pairs)
May 28 Fall 2020 Housing Cancellation Form due by 11:59 p.m.
