*In view of the COVID-19 outbreak and the College’s transition to remote learning, the Office of Residence Life & Housing will communicate with eligible students directly about changes to the housing selection process. Previously communicated dates and times are subject to change.*

January 10 Housing Lease & Preference Questionnaire and Deposit Opens

2020-2021 Room & Board Rates will be available in early January 2020. You can refer to the 2019-2020 rates here.

Information Session & Roommate Mingle

Learn about the housing selection process and stay to find a roommate for next year. Food and fun provided! Check out the events calendar for additional mingles.

New Residence Hall, 1st Floor Study Lounge, 7:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

February 14 The following items are due by 4:00 p.m.:
  • Housing Lease and Preferences Questionnaire
  • Non-refundable $250 deposit                               
  • Studio Apartment Request Form, if applicable
  • Medical Necessity Air Conditioning Request Form, if applicable*
  • For students registered with DSS and requiring accommodations, complete the housing accommodation packet*
*Submissions will be accepted between February 3 and February 14
February 20-21 Housing Selection Eligibility and Studio Apartment Request Eligibility issued
February 24 Group Housing Request Form Opens
March 6 Group Housing Request Form due by 4:00 p.m.
March 16 Individual and Group Housing Lottery Numbers issued by end of day
March 18 Studio Apartment Selection
March 23 Group Housing Selection

Two-bedroom units in the New Residence Hall (groups of 4) or triples in St. Joseph Hall (groups of 3)
March 26 Senior and Junior Housing Selection (individuals and pairs)
March 30 Sophomore and Returning First-Year Housing Selection (individuals and pairs)
May 29 Fall 2020 Housing Cancellation Form due by 4:00 p.m.
