Joelle Chateauneuf
Nursing Lab & Simulation Coordinator

Joelle is currently the Nursing Simulation Lab coordinator at Emmanuel College. She also continues clinical work as a nurse practitioner.
Joelle is interested in the globalization of healthcare and decreasing disparities around world, starting in our own back yard. She has travelled to Kenya as a graduate student and as a mentor to graduate nursing students. She would like to continue service missions locally and abroad. Her professional goals are to advocate for equitable health care, address disparities, and improve patient outcomes.
Joelle is a loving wife and a mother of four teenagers. She enjoys spending as much time with them as possible, and hopes her commitment to nursing, education, and service will set an example for her children.
What I love about Emmanuel
I love that the nursing staff is truly committed to teaching the next generation of nurses. I also love how eager to learn the students are.
Dr. Joelle Chateauneuf earned a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Simmons College, a Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree at University of Massachusetts Boston.
