Emmanuel College, through Graduate & Professional Programs, has developed a unique partnership with neighboring Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) to offer an Associate Degree Nurse Residency program for BIDMC nurses seeking career advancement opportunities. This partnership allows BIDMC nurses to fulfill the requirement for Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) to enter into a Clinical Nurse I role. The residency program creates a pathway for nurse residents at BIMDC to continue working while covering the costs (tuition, books and fees) associated with earning their BSN as part of Emmanuel's onsite, evening RN-to-BSN program.
