Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Partnership

Earn your BSN while working as an RN at a top teaching hospital

Emmanuel College partners with neighboring Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) to offer an Associate Degree Nurse Residency program for its nurses seeking advancement opportunities. BIDMC requires a Baccalaureate degree in nursing to enter into a Clinical Nurse I role. The residency program creates a pathway for Nurse Residents at BIMDC to continue working while covering the costs associated with earning their BSN as part of Emmanuel's onsite, evening RN-to-BSN program.
