Student Technology Support

Support of student computers for connecting to the campus network. For software/hardware damages, IT can provide advice on local computer repair locations.

Account Support

Support for the use and access of the various IT systems and software via the IT Helpdesk.

Anti-Virus Protection

Sophos Endpoint Anti-Virus Protection software available for Emmanuel students on campus. See the Helpdesk for more information.

Printing

Free public computer stations are available for printing on campus from student's account in the Cardinal Cushing Library, Jean Yawkey Center and on campus Dorm Buildings. Web print is also available from students personal computers at EC Print while on campus.

Cable TV

Live TV is available to on campus resident students through their Xfinity On Campus accounts, which can be accessed through students' computers or a Roku streaming device.

E-mail

Emmanuel provides e-mail account for each student accessible by the web, mail application or any mobile device.

Online Document Access and Storage

Online documnet storage is availble through students' Office 365 accounts in the form of OneDrive for Business. 

Internet Access

Full wireless coverage is available throughout campus for all computers, tablets, smartphones, etc.

Public Access Computers

Access to a variety of public computers for course specific applications, course work, or personal use.

Card Access Systems

Access your residence hall and your personal room with your Emmanuel ID.

EC Learn – Learning System

Your course websites on EC Learn offer collaboration, information sharing, communication with professors, assignment information and more.

Update Your RAVE Account

It is important that you update your emergency contact information within the RAVE Emergency System. You may also register alternative email addresses and phone numbers, including those of family members.

In May 2019, Emmanuel College was selected as one of 100 Boston-area nonprofits to receive a $100,000 grant through Cummings Foundation's "$100K for 100" program. The grant will help support service initiatives through Emmanuel's Cardinal Seán O'Malley Center for Mission & Ministry.
