A PDF is a file format used to present documents in a manner independent of application software, hardware, or operating system. Most files can be exported as PDFs, which can be helpful when sharing a document that's not meant to be edited. PDF editing software may be available to limited Staff and Faculty under special request.

Prezi is, "a presentation resource on a mission to reinvent how people share knowledge, tell stories, and inspire their audiences to act." Please note that if you do not already have an account setup for Prezi, you will need to register for one in order to use this software.

Sway is a Microsoft Office program which allows users to create and share interactive reports, personal stories, and more. This software is available via Office 365.
