Conference Room Technology

Many of Emmanuel's conference rooms are equipped with technology to provide digital presentations and meetings.

This technology includes a unified control panel to manage a visual display, audio system, computer, and web camera.  HDMI connections for laptops and tablets are available in each technology equipped space.

Some conference spaces on campus are equipped with AirMedia technology. This allows users to present wirelessly from their device to the presentation screen.

This technology includes a unified control panel to manage a visual display, audio system, computer, and web camera.  Connections for laptops and tablets are available (VGA/HDMI) in each technology equipped space.

Our audio/visual systems use the video standard connections of VGA (all spaces) and HDMI (specific rooms). If planning to use a laptop or tablet with our systems, ensure you bring the correct adapter for compatibility with VGA or HDMI connections.

To request a specific classroom technology configuration, please contact the Registrar's Office.

The Office of the Registrar is located in the Administration Building, Room 340.
