Director of Campus Safety
Jack is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with The Massachusetts State Police. Some of his prior assignments were: Division Commander Division of Investigative Services, Division Commander Division of Field Services, and Officer in charge of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Criminal Investigation Division. Jack joined Emmanuel in 2006.
Walter T. Carlson Walter T. Carlson

Lieutenant-Shift Commander
Walter is a retired Sergeant with the Massachusetts State Police. Some of his prior assignments were: Team Commander Violent Fugitive Apprehension Squad, Supervisor/Investigator Norfolk County District Attorney's Office and Supervisor/Investigator Massachusetts Attorney General's Criminal Investigation Division. Walter joined Emmanuel in 2009.
Elizabeth Higginbotham

Lieutenant-Shift Commander
Elizabeth is a retired Sergeant from the Massachusetts State Police. Prior assignments include: Troop "D" uniformed division, day shift supervisor Troop "D" substation-Middleboro; Crime Scene Services section, and the Plymouth County District Attorney's office.  Betsy joined Emmanuel College in 2015.
Tom Higganbotham Tom Higginbotham

Lieutenant-Shift Commander
Tom is a retired Sergeant with the Massachusetts State Police. Some of his prior assignments were: Troop "D" CAT Team, FBI Task Force Offcier, MSP Auto Theft Unit, Major Crime Unit, Plymouth County District Attorney's Office, Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. Tom joined Emmanuel College in 2014.

Scott is a retired Sergeant with the Massachusetts State Police. Some of his prior assignments were: Supervisor/Investigator Norfolk County District Attorney's Office and Investigator Massachusetts Attorney General's Criminal Investigation Division SP Framingham, SP Brookfield. Scott joined Emmanuel in 2009.

Brian is a retired Detective Captain with the Massachusetts State Police. Some of his prior assignments were: Bureau Commander Statewide Investigations, Unit Commander Suffolk County District Attorney's Office and Supervisor/Investigator Essex County District Attorney's Office. Brian joined Emmanuel in 2009.  

Paula Loud

Lieutenant-Shift Commander 
Paula is a retired Detective Lieutenant with the Massachusetts State Police.  Some of her prior assignments were: Troop "C & D" uniformed division, Plymouth County District Attorney's Office, Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, Sexual Harassment Office, Office of the Disabled Person's Protection Commission. Paula joined Emmanuel College in 2016.
Kenneth L. MacGregor, Lieutenant-Shift Commander Kenneth L. MacGregor

Ken is a retired Sergeant with the Massachusetts State Police. Some of his prior assignments were: Governor's Office of Special Investigations, Investigator Massachusetts Attorney General's Office Criminal Investigation Division, SP Framingham, SP Foxboro, SP South Boston. Ken joined Emmanuel in 2010.

Dermot is a retired Sergeant with the Massachusetts State Police. Some of his prior assignments were: Supervisor/Investigator Norfolk County District Attorney's Office, Investigator Massachusetts Attorney General's Office Criminal Investigation division, SP Framingham, SP Foxboro. Dermot joined Emmanuel in 2012.

Gerry is a retired Captain with the Massachusetts State Police. Some of his prior assignments were: Commander Internal Affairs Unit, Barracks Commander SP South Yarmouth, Supervisor State Police Logan Airport and SP Norwell. Gerry joined Emmanuel in 2009.

Mike is a retired Lieutenant with the Massachusetts State Police. Some of his prior assignments were: Executive Officer of the Plymouth County State Police Detective Unit, Station Commander SP Middleboro, Sergeant in charge of the Troop D Community Action Team, Investigator Bristol County State Police Detective Unit, SP Dartmouth. Mike joined Emmanuel in 2017.
