What is your favorite thing about Emmanuel College?

My favorite thing about Emmanuel is its small size. I love that there is such a strong sense of community here – both among the students and staff alike. It really feels like a connected campus and that is a special thing to have at an institution.

What is your favorite thing to do in Boston?

I love live music more than anything, so my favorite thing to do is catch a show at Roadrunner or The Sinclair!

What is the one piece of advice you would give prospective students about the college process?

While academics are a huge part of the college experience, that’s not the only thing to consider. The campus community you join can be just as influential in your college career. Take time when visiting campus to think about how you see yourself getting involved outside of the classroom – clubs, organizations, sports, and internships are all part of the experience, so take advantage!

What is the most exciting aspect of working in Admissions?

The most exciting part is definitely admitted student visits to campus or EC Incoming events. There is such an air of excitement when students get accepted, and as staff, we’re lucky enough to experience it with students every year!
