Emmanuel is a residential, coed, Catholic liberal arts and sciences college located in the heart of Boston's Fenway neighborhood, alongside the world-renowned institutions of the Longwood Academic and Medical Area.

Application requirements include the Common Application form, college essay, official high school transcript, official senior year grades (if a student is applyng under our Regular Decision program) and two letters of recommendation. One letter must come from a school or college counselor and the other, an academic teacher of the student's choosing. We also require that you complete the Common Application Secondary School Report.
Applicants for admission are not required to submit standardized test scores (SAT I, SAT II and ACT). For more information on this policy, please visit our test-optional information page.
While interviews are not required, they are recommended for all applicants. Students can arrange interviews by calling the Office of Admissions (617-735-9715) or e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

Emmanuel welcomes school and independent college counselors to campus through a variety of special group tours and events. If you are not able to attend one of our counselor events, you are encouraged to schedule a private visit to enjoy a campus tour and meet with an admission counselor.
Colleges of the Fenway Tour Emmanuel is a proud member of the Colleges of the Fenway consortium, along with Massachusetts College of Art and Design, MCPHS University, Simmons College, Wentworth Institute of Technology and Wheelock College. Together, our institutions account for approximately 16% of Boston's undergraduate student population. The COF hosts counselors or student groups to tour all six colleges by appointment. Counselor Association Tours and Events Emmanuel hosts campus events for school counselor associations throughout the area, and would welcome the opportunity to work with your group or association of counselors. Small Group Visits Emmanuel welcomes school groups of high school students and their school counselors. Typically, group visits include a campus tour and/or an information session.
