Leadership is more than a title – it involves learning effective communication, building strong relationships and the desire to enact positive change.

Regardless of formal position or title, people can be influential; they can be leaders. The minor in leadership challenges students with a rigorous, values-based, mission-driven curriculum that blends conceptual learning, experiential learning and reflection to foster leadership competence.
