PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A FEE OF $100.00 FOR ANY REPLACEMENT SESSION PERMITS.

Emmanuel College assumes no responsibility for fire, theft or other damages to motor vehicle or personal property while parked on the College campus. Parking spaces are limited.

I understand as a result of my parking request the applicable fee will be deducted from my paycheck and I will be billed accordingly and that if I am to lose the semester permit that I must purchase a replacement permit for $100.00. I further understand that this permit is nontransferable and nonrefundable. The parking hangtag is only valid for the employee to whom it has been issued. It cannot be used by anyone other than the Emmanuel College employee. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate revocation of your rights to park on campus.

Agreement for Salary Reduction

By submitting this application, I agree to have Emmanuel College deduct the current parking rate from my salary. This Agreement shall be legally binding and irrevocable for both the Institution and the Employee while employment continues. However, either party may terminate or otherwise modify the Agreement as of the end of any month by giving at least thirty days written notice so that this Agreement will not apply to salary subsequently paid. No more than four agreements for such salary reduction may be made within any taxable year of the employee.
