Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur Colleges Exchange

Emmanuel maintains a student exchange program with two sister colleges: Notre Dame de Namur University, Belmont, CA, and Seishin University in Okayama, Japan. Second- or third-year students with a 2.5 grade point average may take advantage of this opportunity. Information is available from the Academic Advising Office.

Washington Center Internship

Emmanuel College is affiliated with the prestigious Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars. Participants in the program are able to earn a semester's academic credit while completing a full-time internship or a summer session for credits and attending seminars and lectures in the nation's capital. Internships are available in every academic discipline. Information is available from the Office of Internships and Career Development.

Washington Semester

Students in the Political Science Department may be granted a semester leave to do an internship and study at a college or university in Washington, D.C. Internship opportunities include Capitol Hill, the Executive Branch and interest groups.
