Diana Stork joined the faculty of Emmanuel College in September, 2004. She is teaching organizational behavior, management, and strategy. She has published a book (Leading Biotechnology Alliances) and a number of journal articles that reflect her varied teaching and research interests. She has been a frequent presenter at management conferences.
Diana had extensive teaching experience prior to joining Emmanuel. Most recently, she had been on the faculty at Simmons College. Over her teaching career, Diana has taught in several different areas, including organizational behavior, leadership, diversity, strategy, survey design, and statistics. She has also had university management experience, both at Boston University and University of Hartford, where she served as the Chair of the Management Department.
Diana has recently completed a term as a member of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Academy of Management. She also recently completed her term as an inaugural member of the Ethics Advisory Council of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has chaired the Advisory Board of Organization Management Journal, a new online journal, and she continues to serve on the Editorial Board of the journal. Recent consulting projects have been in organizational leadership and employee surveys.
Diana graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in psychology. She holds an MBA from Boston University, and her Ph.D. is from Columbia University.
