Jacqueline D. Morris's daughter was a Navy Reservist and was activated on March 26, 2003. She was sent to Bahrain, an island near Iraq. Mar/Apr 2004
Frances Pitochelli McCormick is enjoying the abundance of art, poetry, music and travel in her life. This spring she is off to Australia for her son's wedding. Frances also continues to teach and learn at the Harvard Institute for Learning in Retirement. Jan/Feb 2004

Jacqueline D. Foster Morris says her daughter, Diane F. Morris, is a reservist in the Navy. She has been in Bahrain since April, went to Kuwait for a month, and Jacqueline hopes she does not have to go to Iraq. Nov/Dec 2003
Maureen Timmins Sullivan lives in Lincoln, Rhode Island, and works at Faulkner Hospital in Addiction Recovery. She is a licensed drug and alcohol counselor. Her five children are all married and her granddaughter is a freshman at UMass Commonwealth College. Nov/Dec 2003
Maureen Timmins Sullivan lives in Lincoln, Rhode Island and works part-time at Faulkner in addiction recovery as a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Her oldest grandchild, Robin Basler, began school at Commonwealth College at UMass. Maureen has nine grandsons. Fall 2003.
Mary Arapoff is the Program Director of Icon Song and conductor of the Bosotn College Rublev Choir. She is involved in the conducting and performance of the sacred Byzantine liturgy in churches, monasteries, universities, and more. She has also performed extensively throughout Italy. Sept/Oct 2003.
Rita L. Cacchiotti Sorrento retired as Principal of the Dante Alighieri School in East Boston and is now a Consultant at Umana Barnes Middle School in East Boston. Sept/Oct 2003.
Dorothy Wallace is continuing to paint watercolors. She recently made note cards of the area where she lives and is selling them locally. Sept/Oct 2003.
Patricia A. Cahill is retiring as President/CEO of Catholic Health Initiatives in July. She will be returning from Denver, Colorado to settle in Cape Cod. She has certainly earned many happy, healthy days ahead. Spring/Summer 2003.
Mary P. Hood is semi-retired in Athens, GA and would love to see Emmanuel friends who might be in the area. Spring/Summer 2003.
Laureen Murphy Clune is retiring in 2003 from Garden City Schools. She has four children, one four year-old granddaughter, and another grandchild expected in May. She has a travel perk — her daughter Caroline is a flight attendant for Continental. Winter 2003.
Mary Sherry Fretz has six children and five grandchildren. She serves in Connecticut Legislature as a deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives elected for a tenth term in 2002. Winter 2003.
Frances McComb is currently teaching history at Phillips Academy, calligraphy in the Andover community schools and art history and poetry at the Harvard Institute for Learning and Retirement. She is also making and showing her own art. Winter 2003.
Mary Arapoff McEwen continues to be active with the B.C. Rublev Choir and her Iron Song program of special note is an upcoming Lenten program at St. Malachy's (Burlington, MA) on March 7, featuring orthodox chants and an original Crucifixion icon. Winter 2003.

Frances Pitochelli McCormick is semi-retired after 20 years as an art specialist in the Andover public schools. Now she teaches art part-time at Phillips Academy and takes classes at Harvard Institute for Learning in Retirement. Spring 2002
Mary Arapoff McEwen sang concerts in Italy this past spring and Worcester in the fall. Her specialty is Russian sacred music and she is the conductor of the Rublev Choir at Boston College. Her programs are called Icon Song, concerts sung to Russian icons painted by her father, artist Alexis Arapoff. Spring 2002.
Marlene Pellerin Stenger writes that her husband Joe retired last year and became her full-time caregiver as her health has been declining. Their oldest daughter Maria and husband live in Virginia Beach and are self-employed. Her son Al is a successful dentist in Richmond, VA with three children. Spring 2002.
Jeannine Houle Vigerust retired from teaching mathematics at New Mexico State University during the summer of 2001. She loved her work and will miss the students but is looking forward to traveling and visiting her grandson in Albuquerque, NM. Since her retirement she has visited her sister in Massachusetts and also accompanied her cousin to France for a two-week holiday. Dorothy Wallace has been retired for over a year and is taking a watercolor class. She is becoming a docent for "Woodlawn Plantation" in Alexandria, VA. Spring 2002.

Mary Arapoff McEwen currently gives performances of Russian and gypsy folk songs. She has performed in Rigoletto and Die Fledermaus. In October 2000, she had a program devoted to the history, art and spirit of the Russian icon at Boston College. Summer 2001.
Frances Pitochelli McCormick is the coordinator and instructor in the art program summer session at Phillips Academy. She is also a study group leader and member of council at the Harvard Institute of Learning. In retirement she is a freelance illustrator and enjoys travel and poetry. Summer 2001.
Frances Calantuone Raleigh has done a lot of traveling in the past year. She took several trips to North Carolina, Maine and the "trip of a lifetime" to China, followed by a month in California. Summer 2001.
Dorothy Wallace recently retired from teaching in Fairfax County Public School, where she taught kindergarten through sixth grade. She is taking watercolor classes and recently took a trip to Nova Scotia. She is also working as a volunteer for the National Right to Life. Summer 2001.
