Refund Process

Students who have a credit balance on their account with the College (e.g. due to excess financial aid, private loans, tuition remission, overpayment, etc.) may request this refund by completing the Refund Request Form.

Once this form is received by the Office of Student Financial Services and a credit balance does exist, a check in the amount of the refund will be mailed to the student at the address listed on the form. If a credit balance exists and a Refund Request Form is never completed, a refund check will be automatically generated at the end of the academic year.
