ULIFELINE 
This website offers specific signs and symptoms of disorders as well as general mental health and wellness information.

FREE SELF-EVALUATIONS
ULIFELINE provides free confidential screening for thirteen of the most common mental health conditions that college students face. This screening does not provide a diagnosis, but identifies problems that could be impacting thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The screening process also provides information on these conditions and how to reach out for help.

Runs on Iphone and Android Cost:  Free Over 6,000 guided meditations ranging from a couple of minutes to an hour.  Can use search option to find a meditation for particular issues such as sleep, anxiety or loss. 

Headspace

Headspace is meditation made simple by learning meditation and mindfulness in just 10 minutes a day. The app offers both guided and unguided lessons that range from 2 to 60 minutes long.  

Stop. Breathe. Think

Check in with how you're feeling and try short activities tuned to your emotions. Practice mindful breathing to create space between your thoughts, emotions and reactions.

Catch It is a simple way to track your moods during the day and uses cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT) to help you evaluate your perceptions and begin to make changes.  

T2 Mood Tracker

Monitor your moods on six pre-loaded anxiety, stress, depression, post-traumatic stress, and general well-being scales. You can also customize scales for other difficulties you want to track. Ratings are displayed on graphs to help users track their moods over time.

This app is a mood charting app that helps you develop strategies for managing depression, bipolar, or other mental health conditions. This app monitors various domains such as sleep, exercise, and overall well-being.

This app includes strategies to deal with everyday anxiety as well as specific tools to tackle text anxiety, perfectionism, social anxiety, performance anxiety, worry, panic, and conflict.

Pacifica

Pacifica is an app for stress, anxiety, and worry based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation, and wellness. Comprised of five core activities, Pacifica is designed as a daily tool to help you address stress and anxiety at a gradual pace.    

The Worry Box

Allows you to list your worries and decide assess the relative importance of each as well as strategies for addressing each.  Easy to use and can be customized.    

Panic Shield.  Panic Attack Aid

Panic Shield was developed in collaboration with multiple mental health professionals and helps provide relief for panic attack and uses 4 different tools to help prevent or disrupt a panic attack.

Every morning you are asked to focus on something that makes you happy, such as a list of three things to be thankful for. At night, you respond to a similar prompt, thinking of an event that made you happy during the day.
