Management

The human resources field offers outstanding career opportunities. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, employment of human resources managers is projected to grow 9% in the ten years leading up to 2024—a faster rate than the average for all occupations.

In today’s competitive business climate, you need to stand out to get ahead. Whether your goal is a promotion, salary increase or new position, Emmanuel’s graduate programs in management are designed to give skilled professionals, like you, the leg up you need to move your career forward.

At Emmanuel, your preparation to be a business leader reaches far beyond the classroom. Real-world applications are taught by faculty who are renowned business professionals.

Our Master of Science degree offers three separate programs—Management, Human Resource Management and Research Administration—to help you further define your skills. All three tracks are grounded in core courses such as ethics, organizational behavior and/or financial management. Your program is then supplemented with a capstone seminar in your selected focus to earn your degree.

If you’re not ready for a full management program, you may choose to complete a six-course Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management, Human Resource Management or Research Administration.
