Join us in Avenue Commons on Mondays and Fridays for a 30 minute Zumba Class led by our own Savannah Cardoso. No experience required! Savannah loves teaching Zumba and will pass her enthusiasm on to you!
We are fortunate to have Anna Kosheleva lead us in a yoga practice on Wednesdays from 12:15 to 1:15 pm in Avenue Commons. Please bring your own mat. We do have a few extras if you forget yours.
Anna is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, and has been teaching since 2012.
Anna tailors her classes to the needs and requests of people who come to practice. One day it may be a slow flow, with a lot of stretching and relaxing; another day it may be a more active and energizing sequence. Anna believes that yoga is for everybody, and every body. She attends to individual needs of her students, and does her best to create safe and welcoming environment in her class.
