What is your favorite thing about Emmanuel College?

I love the campus and its location in Boston. It feels very much like a traditional college community with a vibe all its own, while still having the excitement and opportunities of the city just steps away.

What is your favorite thing to do in Boston?

Boston has an abundance of historic landmarks and dynamic connections to the past, from The Freedom Trail to the newly refurbished USS Constitution (Old Ironsides), that are so fun to explore. What I love most though is all the historical significance you find in the normal landscape of the city and things you walk past every day!

What is the one piece of advice you would give prospective students about the college process?

Have fun! (Easy, right?) Selecting the right college is an important decision that can be difficult but researching schools, visiting campuses and exploring your passions can and should be enjoyable too. These steps will help you discover where you'll be most happy. Take advantage of this chance to learn about yourself and what you want in life, then choose the school that provides the most opportunities to help make that happen.

What is the most exciting aspect of working in Admissions?

The most exciting aspect of Admissions is talking with prospective students; introducing them to the College, to an academic program, to student life, and even to a new city. Being a small part of that process and change in a person's life is remarkable and extremely rewarding!
