Who: All new students.
What: This health form, completed and signed by your doctor indicating you have had a physical exam within 12 months, is required of all new Emmanuel students. We suggest you keep a copy of the health form for your personal records.
When: All students must have this form completed before July 1, 2014. Any student who plans on playing a varsity sport at Emmanuel must have this form completed by July 1, or she/he will not be able to participate in the sport.

Who: All students except international students.
What: Students who have health insurance coverage and do not wish to purchase the College's plan must complete the health insurance waiver at www.universityhealthplans.com (available in June) by August 6th to waive the premium. Students who do not have coverage and require the College's health insurance plan may complete an enrollment form at www.universityhealthplans.com (available in June).

Who: All students who wish to be considered for need-based financial aid from Emmanuel College.
What: The FAFSA is a free, online federal form available at www.fafsa.gov that students must complete to be considered for need-based financial aid. Emmanuel's school code is 002147.
When: The 2014-2015 FAFSA becomes available on January 1, 2014. Emmanuel's priority filing date is February 15, 2014. If you apply for financial aid by the priority filing date, you should expect to receive a financial aid award estimate from the Office of Student Financial Services in mid-March.

What: To let Emmanuel College know you'll be a member of the entering class of 2014, submit your enrollment form and enrollment deposit ($500 for resident students or $300 for commuter students) online or by mail to the Office of Admissions.

Who: International students enrolling at Emmanuel College for the Fall 2014 semester.
What: To study on an F-1 visa in the United States at Emmanuel College, you must receive an I-20 from Emmanuel. You must submit your enrollment form and deposit before completing and submitting the I-20 form.
When: As soon as possible after submitting your enrollment form and deposit.

Who: Any student planning to live on campus in the fall.
What: Students living on campus must complete the Residence Life + Housing Lease and Preferences Questionnaire through MySaints, our internal communication portal that will be accessible after you send in your enrollment deposit. This document should be submitted as soon as possible so you can be matched with an Emmanuel roommate. Watch your Emmanuel e-mail for more information. Who: First-year students considering a major in biology, biochemistry, biostatistics and chemistry.
What: Students interested in enhancing their academic and social experience through additional science-related experience should consider joining the Science Living-Learning Community. The 20-student cohort enjoys an integrated learning environment dedicated to extending the science curriculum beyond the classroom. Current science majors serve the program as Science Mentor Fellows. Living on the same floor, these upper-class students work with members of the cohort as both peer tutors and guides. They also assist faculty members to help plan enriching programs and presentations that will integrate a rigorous academic experience.
When: Interested students should complete the have this form completed by May 1, 2014. Spots in this program are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the form to indicate your interest. Students selected to join the program are notified by mail.
