About the Fenway Neighborhood

Emmanuel College is located in the Fenway, the perfect neighborhood for students. Home to shops, restaurants, theaters and parks—not to mention a number of other colleges, from Harvard Medical School to two art colleges—it is one of the city's most vibrant communities.
The Fenway is a place of action for student activities, social events, clubs and athletics. It’s also a tranquil place of beauty for study and contemplation. The campus sits across the street from a section of the "Emerald Necklace," a six-mile long circle of parkland that stretches from Boston to Brookline, and is minutes from Jamaica Pond, the largest and purest body of water in the City of Boston.
