Refund Process

Students who have a credit balance on their account with the College (e.g. due to excess financial aid, private loans, tuition remission, overpayment, etc.) may request this refund by completing the Refund Request Form. You may check to see if there is a credit balance on your account by logging on to Online Academic Resources via the Emmanuel Portal.

Download and Print the 2011-2012 Refund Request Form

Once this form is received by the Office of Student Financial Services and a credit balance does exist, a check in the amount of the refund will be mailed to the student at the address listed on the form.
