Payment Options
Tuition fees and all other charges are payable in advance of the opening day of each semester or session. A student is considered officially registered only when all financial obligations to the College have been met or specific arrangements have been made with the Office of Student Financial Services for a plan of deferred payment.
Emmanuel College accepts the following methods of payment:
- Check
- Foreign check
- Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover)
- Wire transfer

A fee of $25 in addition to any late payment fees will be charged for any dishonored check. Foreign check collection fees will be charged when applicable.
Mastercard, Visa and Discover payments are also welcome over the phone by calling the Office of Student Financial Services.

All graduating students must have a zero balance to participate in graduation. Please note that a student must have all charges paid in full by April 15 (spring semester) or December 15 (fall semester) of their final semester. Regardless of deferred payment plans, payment must be received by these deadlines in order to participate in graduation
