Delinquent Accounts

If the College refers a delinquent account to a collection agency or an attorney, these costs, plus administrative expenses associated with the collection effort, will be due and payable by the student. In this instance the account will not be held by the College, and the student will have to direct all inquiries and payments to the collection agency. The College will withhold all diplomas and academic transcripts from students who have an outstanding overdue debt to the College or have defaulted on their loan agreement.
