Satellite Housing for Upperclassmen

Rodgers Hall

Rodgers Hall is a five-story red brick apartment building on Huntington Avenue that opens into the heart of the Wentworth campus and houses 208 students in 88 apartments. Outside doors are secured by an electronic access system 24 hours a day.

The Inn

Situated just minutes from campus in the heart of the vibrant Longwood Medical area, the Inn is a satellite housing option new to Emmanuel College upperclassmen this year. Located on one coed floor of the Best Western Boston- The Inn at Longwood Medical, each of the Inn's single-sex rooms has a private bathroom. The 49 residents living in Howard Hall are assisted by a staff of 2 Resident Assistants and a Residence Director who oversees the area.

Howard Hall at Fenway Park

Howard Hall is a satellite campus housing option new to Emmanuel College upperclassmen this year. Located on one floor of the Fenway Howard Johnson Inn--right next door to Fenway Park, the home of the Boston Red Sox--the Hall is coed with each single-sex room having its own private bathroom. The 54 residents living in Howard Hall are assisted by a staff of 2 Resident Assistants and a Residence Director who oversees the area.
