Admissions Requirements
Applicants who possess a bachelor's degree and usually have about three years of recent professional work experience are invited to submit applications. To be eligible for admission, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree.
Admission to the program requires:
- A completed application
- Official transcripts from any regionally accredited colleges/universities previously attended - download PDF request form. Please note: A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above is generally expected for admission to a graduate program.
- Two letters of recommendation - download PDF
- A leadership/critical analysis essay * (description and length below)
- A current resumé
- A personal interview

The essay should specifically address the following:
- With the understanding that leadership involves influencing others, please give your personal definition of leadership.
- Describe a professional situation in which you have used leadership to initiate change.
- Describe a difficult professional decision and how you critically analyzed your options and reached a decision.
How can you use your prior experiences to make a special contribution to this graduate program and the learning of others?
