Q: What are the key features of an MSM degree?

A: The MSM focuses on management issues such as leadership, communication, and organizational change. The MSM balances the qualitative aspects of management and leadership with the necessary quantitative skills.

Q: What is the difference between the MSM and the Master of Science in Human Resource Management (HRM)?

A: MSM is a management degree, which can be applied to any industry or business unit within an organization, while HRM is specifically designed for Human Resource professionals (or career-changers).

Q: Can I continue in the MSM program once I've completed a certificate program?

A: Yes. A Graduate Certificate is half of the credit requirement for a master's degree and you may seamlessly matriculate into the master's degree by completing 18 additional graduate credits.

Q: Do I have to take the GRE or GMAT?

A: No. We focus on needs in the workplace. As such, our required application materials include a resume and letters of recommendation from current or recent employers.
