Delinquent Accounts

Students with a past-due balance will have a hold placed on their account which will prevent registration in future courses.  Additionally, they will not be eligible to receive an official academic transcript, diploma, or participate in graduation ceremonies until the balance is paid in full.  If payment is not received in a timely manner, late fees may be assessed.

If the account remains delinquent, it may be placed with a collection agency.  If the account is referred to an outside agency, the student will be responsible for any costs incurred with the collection effort and may result in a negative credit report to credit bureaus.  Once an account is sent to an outside agency, all inquiries and payments are made to the collection agency.
