Refund Policy

• Refunds take approximately 3-4 weeks to process.
• Cash refunds will not be granted on credit card payments. Refunds on credit card payments will be in the form of a credit adjustment on your credit card account.
• Refunds will be authorized for the amount requested only if that amount is reflected as a credit on your account. Refunds will be processed only after the end of the add/drop period of each semester.
• A credit balance resulting from financial aid may not occur until all sources of assistance have been disbursed to the student account.
  • For semester-based courses, financial aid is disbursed after the add/drop period; however, in some situations, a credit balance may not occur until the end of the semester, particularly if the credit is due in part to state financial assistance.
  • For accelerated courses, financial aid is disbursed after the add/drop period for the last session of each semester.
