Notre Dame Mission Volunteers
Emmanuel College is proud to partner with the Notre Dame Mission Volunteers/Americorps (NDMVA). This partnership highlights the shared history and mission of the two organizations. NDMVA affiliates benefit from Emmanuel's excellent graduate programs and may qualify for two Emmanuel College scholarship opportunities: the Notre Dame Mission Volunteer/Americorps Scholarship and the Emmanuel College Year of Service Scholarship.
NDMVA Scholarship
Alumni, staff and current NDMVA volunteers can extend their commitment to educational and social causes by pursuing academic preparation for careers in Education and Management through an Emmanuel College degree program. All NDMVA alumni, staff and active volunteers are eligible for the Emmanuel College/NDMVA Scholarship.
Emmanuel College/NDMVA Scholarship
The scholarship is equivalent to 10% of current tuition and is applicable to all Emmanuel College Graduate Studies graduate courses.
Emmanuel College/NDMVA Scholarship Eligibility
All NDMVA alumni, staff and active volunteers are eligible for the Emmanuel College/NDMVA Scholarship. Students must be accepted and matriculated into a degree or certificate program to receive this scholarship.
Emmanuel College/NDMVA Scholarship Requirements
Students must verify NDMVA affiliation to the Emmanuel College Office of Student Financial Services prior to enrolling in their first course. NDMVA affiliates should contact Kristen Impastato to request a letter of verification from NDMVA.
Year of Service Scholarship
Additionally, NDMVA corps members and alumni who have successfully completed at least one year of service are eligible for the Emmanuel College Year of Service Scholarship.
Year of Service Scholarship
The scholarship covers the full tuition of the last six credits of a graduate degree program (the Capstone Seminar in Management programs or the Practicum/Internship in Education programs). One Year of Service Scholarship is awarded annually.
Year of Service Scholarship Eligibility
Any individual who has successfully completed a year of full-time service through a service organization, including NDMVA corps members and alumni, are eligible for the Year of Service Scholarship. Students must be accepted and matriculated into a degree program to receive this scholarship.
