Throughout my career I have been both consciously and unconsciously trying to balance an interest in management with an interest in psychology, and with my niche now in teaching and researching the ‘people side’ of management I feel I have successfully merged the two. I hope that through my teaching I can open student’s eyes to the complexity of behavior in organizations and therefore expand their opportunities as coworkers, managers and leaders.
