Organizational Leadership Minor

The Organizational Leadership Minor will reflect and reinforce the values and mission of the College and

  • Provide students with concepts, theories, and models to help them understand leadership in an organizational context
  • Engage students in an active learning of theory, application, and skill development about leaders and leadership
  • Challenge students to think of themselves as leaders who can make a difference and build leadership skills they will use when they move into the world of work
