Organizational Leadership Minor
The Organizational Leadership Minor will reflect and reinforce the values and mission of the College and
- Provide students with concepts, theories, and models to help them understand leadership in an organizational context
- Engage students in an active learning of theory, application, and skill development about leaders and leadership
- Challenge students to think of themselves as leaders who can make a difference and build leadership skills they will use when they move into the world of work

- ENGL1208 Persuasive Strategies and Rhetorical Traditions
- MGMT2211 Leadership I: Person and Process
- MGMT2307 Organizational Behavior
- MGMT3211 Leadership II: Effective Leadership at Work
- PHIL2103 Ethics at Work
- ELECTIVE -- One service-learning course or one other course dealing with contemporary social problems or issues of public policy.
