The game is on and while one class opened up an early lead, there's still plenty of time remaining in this competition to see which graduating class of the past 10 years will win free tickets, a tailgate party and free parking for a Red Sox game this summer!

The class that will be headed to Fenway will have the highest percent of teammates who've made a gift to the Emmanuel College Annual Fund by June 30. The "PB" column shows the percentage points that each of the trailing classes are behind in the standings.

Here's a few stats about why your gift is so important:
♦  Tuition does not cover all of the cost to educate an Emmanuel student—contributions to the Annual Fund from people like you help to close this "opportunity gap."
♦  87% of Emmanuel students receive financial aid—provided by the Annual Fund!
♦  Annual Fund participation is one of the factors that determines Emmanuel's ranking by organizations such as the US News & World Report. When more alumni give, your Emmanuel degree becomes even more valuable.

Emmanuel alumni are part of a winning team. Our participation rate is higher than many of our peer institutions, and we are proud and grateful that so many give back each year. ♦  Each qualifying individual from the winning class will receive the following:
o   One ticket to the Red Sox game
o   Free parking on campus
o   Free on-campus pregame reception

♦  The winning class will be determined based on "participation rate": the percentage of all alumni in that class that made a gift to the Annual Fund between July 1, 2011 and June 30, 2012.

♦  All donations will count toward the participation rate, but only donors who make a gift of $25 or more will qualify for the Red Sox game tickets.

♦ The minimum qualifying gift of $25 must be made by the donor only. Soft credits and matching gifts will not count toward the minimum but will count for donor recognition purposes (i.e. giving levels).

♦  Tickets are non-transferable and will be provided to the qualifying donors on game day.
